Everything an installer
needs, nothing extra

One system covering the full job lifecycle: design the system, generate the proposal, run the install, hand it over. Built specifically for South African residential and small commercial solar, Category A and B, up to 100 kVA.

System sizing engine

Solar, battery, and inverter sized directly from a client's load profile, not a rule of thumb. Every design runs through multi-gate validation before it's accepted: DC/AC ratio, battery depth-of-discharge, autonomy runtime, and inverter compliance are all checked against NRS 097-2-1 before the numbers reach a proposal.

Financial modelling

25-year projections built on NERSA-aligned tariff escalation, panel degradation, and battery replacement cost. NPV and IRR are calculated at a defensible discount rate, not a marketing number. Every figure is marked clearly as an indicative estimate, because that's what it is.

Proposals

The engineering runs first. The proposal narrative is written around numbers that have already passed validation, then delivered as a branded PDF with your logo, your colours, and your contact details on every page. Sent by email or WhatsApp, with opens, views, downloads, and read time tracked automatically.

Job Portal and installation pipeline

Once a proposal is accepted, the job moves into a structured workspace: site visit, install prep, installation checklist, sign-off, and handover. Every stage unlocks once the previous one is complete, which gives you a clean audit trail from first contact to signed handover.

  1. Site visit assessment
Roof, electrical, shading, cable run, DB board. A mismatch against the proposal flags a design change.
  2. Installation preparation
Team, schedule, and exact equipment spec locked in.
  3. Installation checklist
Pre-installation, structural, electrical, and commissioning, ticked off with notes.
  4. Final sign-off
As-installed specs, punch list, inspector name and date.
  5. Customer handover
COC number, grid approval, warranty details, printable certificate signed by both parties.

Design change management

When a site visit turns up something the original proposal didn't account for, a new revision is generated with the exact delta calculated against the accepted specs. The client gets a secure approval link, and the job stays locked until they respond. Nothing proceeds on an unapproved change.
